Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your purchase then returns / exchanges are accepted for unworn / undamaged items. Please return the item in its original box with the order slip within 14 days of receipt of the order and email me at email@example.com to advise that you wish to return / exchange the item. Items that are sent back to us damaged due to improper customer packing will not be accepted.
The buyer is responsible for all return / exchange postage costs. Please return the item using a recorded / tracking service. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Receiving a Refund
Once your item has been confirmed as being returned in an unworn and undamaged condition, we will send email confirmation of the refund. Credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
Receiving an Exchange
Once your item has been confirmed as being returned in an unworn and undamaged condition, we will dispatch your chosen item in exchange. If the exchange item is of a lower value than the returned item, the difference will be credited to your original method of payment. If the exchange item is of a higher value than the returned item, you will be expected to pay the additional cost prior to the exchange item being shipped. You will receive instructions on how to do this via email.
Please note that earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons. We are unable to refund / exchange any earrings.
Bespoke items, designed and created at the request of the customer are excluded from the refund / exchange policy.
